Regulations

1. To use the classification, you must become an ITEGS partner. This is possible after your application has been positively reviewed by ITEGS.

2. By submitting the application, you fully agree to the product classification.

3. The duration of the contract is ongoing and will be automatically renewed each year upon payment of the membership fee of €149. The fee for the first year is €99.

4. Either party may terminate the agreement at any point of time without providing a reason.

5. Payment for the invoice is due within 14 days of receipt. If payment is not made on time, ITEGS reserves the right to suspend the partnership until the payment is received.

6. ITEGS is not liable for or involved in transaction disputes related to incorrectly classified products.

7. Members may display the classification on their website or include a link during contract term. After the termination of the contract, the use of the classification is not permitted.

8. By using this website, you provide information, including personal data, which indicates consent for the Data Administrator to use it for specific purposes as outlined at the point of information collection and in the Privacy Policy (hyperlink).

9. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights, related to all texts, illustrations, photos, sounds, and other materials on the website are the property of ITEGS or are used with permission from their owner.

10. ITEGS will inform partners of any changes in product classification in a timely manner.

11. Partners must comply with all applicable legal regulations concerning classified products and are responsible for ensuring legal compliance.

12. Without the prior consent of the owner, users may not:
• Use (copies/parts of) this website or its markings for commercial purposes;
• Modify (parts of) this website or incorporate its content into other works (such as printed documents, blogs, or third-party websites).

13. ITEGS reserves the right to amend these regulations, with partners being notified at least 30 days in advance.
